The news that Red Dead Redemption fans have been eagerly awaiting has finally arrived. According to new data mining findings, Rockstar is finally giving in to years of insistence and preparing to bring Red Dead Redemption 1 to PC!
Red Dead Redemption 1 Coming to PC! Tez2, a dataminer and active member of the Rockstar community, has uncovered information indicating that Red Dead Redemption and its expansion pack, Undead Nightmare, are coming to the PC platform. Screen captures from updates to Rockstar’s client site files suggest that Red Dead Redemption may now be ready for desktop gamers.
Since its release for PS3 and Xbox 360 in 2010, Red Dead Redemption has been a highly requested game among PC players. Its sequel, RDR 2, was brought to PC a year after its PS4 release. However, there had been no official announcement regarding the port of the first game to PC. Therefore, the arrival of RDR on the PC platform has been a long-awaited development, and now it seems to finally be happening.
With the game coming to PC, players can expect to enjoy this legendary game with better graphics and performance. Additionally, the inclusion of the iconic expansion pack, Undead Nightmare, on PC is another exciting aspect for fans.
Given that some of Rockstar’s recent releases have been disappointing (such as GTA Trilogy: Definitive Edition), players are hopeful that the arrival of Red Dead Redemption on PC will provide a better experience this time around.
