In an interview with authorities on April 9th, Michael Billingsley confessed to driving to the Broken Arrow, Oklahoma Starbucks multiple times while naked to observe the “pretty girls” employed there. He also acknowledged being an “exhibitionist.”
The man’s regular order at Starbucks was a “large iced Americano.” Employees were well aware of this because of his repeated visits to the drive-thru in the nude, a memorable experience they couldn’t forget, whether they wished to or not.
As per an affidavit reviewed by Fox23, an employee claimed that on March 30th, Billingsley went to the extent of exiting his vehicle nude while awaiting his beverage. Following his early-morning visit on April 6th, the store’s manager alerted the police, leading to his subsequent arrest. Both the manager and the victim identified Billingsley as the suspect from a lineup of photos. Additionally, the manager reported that the alleged suspect had been openly playing pornography on his phone.
At six in the morning, the alleged victim confirmed that he was “100 percent” naked during this instance, marking the second time she was aware of such an incident at that location. Billingsley confessed to at least three similar occurrences to the police, including one at a drive-thru in Tulsa.
Billingsley was arrested and charged with two counts of indecent exposure, leading to his booking into Tulsa County Jail. His bond is set at $4,000. Authorities suspect there may be additional victims and are urging anyone with information to come forward.
