Apple Watch X: Camera, Touch ID, and More!

The concept design of the Apple Watch X has made quite a buzz, suggesting features like an 8MP camera, Touch ID support, and a blood pressure sensor.

Apple is reportedly working on a special model named Watch X to commemorate the 10th anniversary of its smartwatch series. As part of this, the company is expected to undergo a significant design overhaul. The concept design based on leaks since February has garnered significant attention, unveiling the potential design of the smartwatch. The concept follows the design language of the Watch Ultra but features a much slimmer and curved titanium case.

One of the most significant innovations in the concept is the inclusion of Touch ID support on the Digital Crown for fingerprint authentication. This feature would mark the first time Apple Watch incorporates biometric security. Additionally, an 8-megapixel camera at the top of the screen allows users to take photos, record videos, and make FaceTime calls. The concept design also integrates a blood pressure sensor into the watch band, adding more health features to the device.

While the case is expected to be around 15% thinner than the previous model, the new generation control wheel and action button will also be present. The use of a special OLED screen promises a brighter display. Apple aims to make the Watch Series X lighter and more functional. However, it’s important to note that the Watch X, expected to be released to commemorate the smartwatch’s 10th anniversary, has not been officially confirmed yet.
