Ubisoft has finally unveiled the real name of Assassin’s Creed: Codename Red along with the date for the release of the game’s trailer! The bomb was dropped by Ubisoft on their social media accounts. After almost 2 years of speculation about its setting solely in Feudal Japan and knowing it only by its code name, Ubisoft not only disclosed the true title of the new Assassin’s Creed game but also announced the release date for its trailer.
Assassin’s Creed: Codename Red is officially titled “Assassin’s Creed Shadows,” as revealed by Ubisoft just 20 minutes before this announcement was made. They changed their profile picture and cover photo to the game’s logo. “Assassin’s Creed Codename Red becomes Assassin’s Creed Shadows. Be here for the worldwide official cinematic trailer on May 15th at 7:00 PM.” Not only the name but also the release date for the game’s trailer has been disclosed. The Assassin’s Creed Shadows trailer will premiere on May 15th at 7:00 PM (Turkish time).
